The BQG series mining used air-operated diaphragm pump produced by our company absorbs and improves the most advanced international pneumatic diaphragm pump production technology. This product is specifically designed for coal mine use with combined functions of traditional submersible electric pumps, mud pumps, impurity pumps and soft shaft pump which are a revolution in the traditional mining water pump. The key is it completely solves the safety problem of traditional water pumps and the product can provide high delivery speed under low gas pressure.It is compatible with a wide range of materials with anti-displacement design, modular pneumatic motor / fluid portion.
This product is applied to the coal mine underground use for pumping clean water or sewage containing solid particulate impurities (a volume concentration of less than 2%).It is also applied to other occasions similar to the non-coal mine and transport medium.
Working principle
The pneumatic diaphragm pump alternately generates inhaled liquid pressure and positive liquid pressure using pressure difference in the liquid chamber and the control valve switch ensures the forward flow of the liquid. After the ventilation, the pump starts running and continuously works to ensure that the required pressure remains unchanged, increases and maintains the transfer tube pressure and the work will be stopped when reaching the maximum conveying pipe pressure (or when dispensing valve is closed)and the pumping is restored when needed.
Work, environmental conditions
1. Powered by compressed air, the pressure should be in the range of 0.2 to 0.7 MPa;
2. The temperature of the conveying medium should not exceed 40 ° C;
3. The pH of the conveying medium is within 4 to 10 in the range;
4. The maximum diameter containing solid particles does not exceed 6 to 9 mm . Volume concentration does not exceed 2%;
5. Ambient temperature: -20 ° C ~ 50 ° C;
6. Environmental humidity: ≤95% (when the ambient temperature is + 25 ° C);
7. Atmospheric pressure: 80kpa ~ 106kpa;
8, Suitable for dangerous places of coal dust and methane explosive gas but without destroying corrosive gas.
